Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy, we accept returns of items in unworn condition with tags attached within 14 days of post-marked date for an exchange or refund (excludes outlet, personalised items & earrings).
Please message us via email before sending your order back to us.
- Buyers are responsible for return shipping charges & original shipping charges are non refundable. This includes shipping charges absorbed by us for orders that meet our free shipping threshold.
- Buyers are responsible for the returned product until they arrive at our office. We highly recommend tracked shipping to ensure that your returned item doesn't get lost.
- All returns will be subject to inspection. We reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund or exchange based on the returned condition.
- Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for earrings.
- We are unable to accept returns for any items that are personalised.
- Buyers are responsible for any shipping expenses for exchanged items.
- We reserve the right to deny or refuse a refund or exchange if the purchase was not placed through our online store, markets or pop up events or there is no proof of purchase.
If an item was sent to you by mistake or is faulty, we'll gladly send you a replacement item upon receipt of the returned item with no additional charge for shipping. We'll also refund you for the returned shipping cost.
Personalised & Outlet
There will be no returns or exchanges on all personalised or Outlet items.
Changes to Return Policy:
We reserve the right to update or change our return and exchange policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.
